She continues to run one feet bare as her shoe had dropped when she started to run fear gripping her heart her boyfriend's face lingering on in her mind. She ran blindly into tree branches and they in turn seized the opportunity to strike
this couldn't deter her movement until she slipped and fell into a quagmire as she struggled she continues to sink her eyes were wide with fear she tried to keep her head up to avoid the water getting into her mouth to no avail.She wept  as the picture of her boys flashed in her minds eye.The leaves of the bushes nereby rustled she jerked her head towards it's direction relief apparent on her face expecting Kanu to appear at any moment.Then the thing came into view licking it's large lips inside it's small head it's fang like teeth visible from afar awestruck she lost the invisible grip she had and plunged down.Her bald head coated with mud popped up once more she coughed gapping for air. Then the thing pranced upon her it's clawlike toes sitting comfortably atop Lydia's head, bloody marks in it's wake.She sunk under without a struggle and the thing stood there it's beady eyes alert waiting for the next victim....................
